About
I started building websites professionally in the early 2000s, first in Brighton and later in Bratislava.
What began with web design and frontend development gradually grew into PHP, Laravel, backend systems, APIs, analytics, automation and complete digital products.
Today I work across the full lifecycle of digital products — from UX and architecture to development, integrations, deployment, analytics, SEO, paid advertising and ongoing growth.

I enjoy combining design, development, analytics and marketing rather than treating them as separate disciplines.
Whether I am building a Laravel application, improving a conversion path, analysing campaign performance or creating content, I am usually interested in how all the pieces work together.

The role expanded beyond development into SEO, analytics, online advertising, eCRM, campaign performance and digital reporting.
As Head of Online, I led a team of four online professionals and worked with performance data across search, CRM, customer satisfaction and online sales.

This period established the combination of design and development that still defines how I work today.

Community pharmacy
I worked in community pharmacy alongside my early career in web development.
Years later, that background became unexpectedly relevant when designing Cycletrack and creating educational content around menstrual health and privacy.
Leadership
At UPC Slovakia I led the Online department while continuing to work directly on development and digital platforms.
The role included team leadership, performance analysis, online sales, SEO, eCRM, online advertising and coordination across different parts of the business.
I also completed Liberty Global's Emerging Leaders development programme, including international assignments in Denver and Amsterdam.
Today
I still enjoy the combination that brought me into web development in the first place: understanding how something should work, how it should feel, how to build it and how to help people discover and use it.
